How do I get to My Gopeng Resort?

At what time can I check-in? By what time must I check-out?
As a general rule you can check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must check-out at 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure.
Do you provide pick-up & drop-off services?
My Gopeng Resort is proud to offer pick-up & drop-off services at Gopeng Town for a charge of RM10 per pax for round trip. Kindly confirm 3 days in advance to schedule your pick-up time or to make additional arrangements.

Do you provide toiletries?
Guests are advised to bring your own towels, hair dryer, hair shampoo & other toiletries kit.
Is car parking available in My Gopeng Resort?
Dear Guest, we have ample parking space available in our resort and it is FREE of charge.
Is internet connection available?
WIFI services is not available in our resort and only selected mobile service such as Digi, Maxis & Celcom are available. Nonetheless, take this opportunity to put down your mobile devices and spend time meaningfully with your friends and families.
Are pets allowed in My Gopeng Resort?
We regret to inform that pets are strictly not allowed in our area.
Does My Gopeng Resort have a meeting hall? If so, how many people can it accommodate?
Yes, we have an open space hall and an air-conditioned hall. Both halls can accommodate up to 50 people.
What is your available package?

How do I make booking?
We accept bookings through emails and phone calls. Kindly select the Contact page or contact our representatives for further details. Subject to availability.
Payment term in My Gopeng Resort?
Please be inform that only cash term and online transfer is accepted in our resort. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. Deposit is not refundable. Full payment to be made upon arrival in our resort.
